Each watch is carefully deconstructed into it’s
individual parts to attain the required finishing.
THE IMPORTANCE OF POLISHING
One of the most critical parts of a watch service is the quality of the polishing. It’s what you will see day in, day out, and if done poorly it can ruin a watch’s attraction and value.
It is important to remember that not every watch should be polished. We assess each watch on a case-by-case basis and advise on what can best be achieved. Sometimes, for sentimental or historical purposes, it is best to leave the watch in its original state, unless explicitly requested.
In the case of extensive damage, we liaise with highly skilled specialists to rebuild and restore your watch. Alternatively, we can look into sourcing replacement parts. Contact us to find out more.
