Returns and Refunds
We are confident in the quality of the watches we sell and hope you will love them just as much as we do, but we understand the importance of peace of mind when shopping online. If you decide you want to return your item, we offer a 14 day return policy from the date of delivery, which entitles you to a full refund.

0121 238 2616. Once you’ve requested a return, we will give our PO box details.
All items must be returned, and in the original condition sent, in order for a full refund to be given. We will make reasonable deductions for wear and tear or any repairs that may need to be made as a result of damage incurred whilst in your care.
We cannot accept items that have been engraved, altered or personalised.
You must use a trackable and insured shipping service when returning the item, as we do not take responsibility if undelivered.
Once received and inspected, we will notify you by email that the item has been received and whether you are entitled to a full refund.
We will begin processing this at the earliest opportunity to the original payment card or method but please allow up to 5 working days for funds to show in your account.
