I’ve been using Alex for a couple of years now. I had struggled to find a good watch repairer in the midlands for some time, but he knows what he’s doing. The daytona had stopped working after being dropped and Alex clearly explained the issue with a jewel coming out, and gave me an option of a partial repair or full service. I’m glad I went ahead and had the watch serviced as it hasn’t missed a beat.
