I needed my now deceased father’s watch repairing and resorting. It was an old vintage Rolex, which is probably not worth that much, but after having had a conversation with Alex beforehand, I was reassured enough to send the watch, which was pretty beaten up before hand.
Throughout the process I was kept informed on progress as well as photographs of the watch stripped down and the case and bracelet polished up.

The watch appears to be keeping excellent time, and looks absolutely fantastic. Really happy with the results and receiving it back in a really nice quality presentation box was just the cherry on the cake.
