TAG HEUER - GRAND CARRERA

Can't fault the customer service and the quality of the watch service through AJHSL. Really reassuring to receive pictures of the watch broken down to the individual components, knowing a full in-depth service has taken place. Also to get the replaced parts back, was an added bonus. Will be recommending to friends and family and using again.

Tag Heuer - Aquaracer Pro 300

I had my Tag serviced by AJHSL about 2 months ago, just got round to this. It has been perfect, so impressed by the whole process, especially the "Cloud Based Tracking". Found it really interesting to be able to log on and see my watch in a thousands bits, then reassembled.

Arrived back Royal mail recorded delivery in a rather neat presentation box. Would 100% recommend, and have, many times.

Seiko - 5 Automatic

I needed my now deceased father's watch repairing and resorting. It was an old vintage Rolex, which is probably not worth that much, but after having had a conversation with Alex beforehand, I was reassured enough to send the watch, which was pretty beaten up before hand. Throughout the process I was kept informed on progress as well as photographs of the watch stripped down and the case and bracelet polished up.

The watch appears to be keeping excellent time, and looks absolutely fantastic. Really happy with the results and receiving it back in a really nice quality presentation box was just the cherry on the cake.

Rolex - Daytona

I've been using Alex for a couple of years now. I had struggled to find a good watch repairer in the midlands for some time, but he knows what he's doing. The daytona had stopped working after being dropped and Alex clearly explained the issue with a jewel coming out, and gave me an option of a partial repair or full service. I'm glad I went ahead and had the watch serviced as it hasn't missed a beat.

Omega - Seamaster 300

Alex’s work was of the highest standard and I was kept up to date throughout. The online tracking system which allows you to see you watch progressing through service, with pre/post service timekeeping and notes etc is brilliant. I’d have no hesitation recommending AJHSL or using them again. If you need your watch servicing, repairing or restoring, Alex knows what he is doing and is a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.
