Description

A beautiful clean example of a vintage Omega Seamaster 166.010, with white crosshair dial, baton indices and original dauphin hands. It doesn’t get much better than this for an early Seamaster and is in brilliant condition. The case has been refinished back to it’s original style, but retains the original facets.

The movement is the Cal: 562, produced from 1958 to 1967. The 550 family is beloved among collectors and watchmakers alike for the quality and work-horse nature of the movement. Omega produced 5.8 million movements of this family and set the world record for the longest continuous production of chronometer specification.

As part of our service we gave the case and plexi a polish to the original finish. The movement was serviced and fully tested for daily use.

A stunning example of the 166.010, ready for daily wearing or those special occasions. It comes fully serviced in our presentation box, paperwork and 12 month warranty.

Are all your watches authenicated?

We check all our watches for authenticity at the point of purchase. We only deal with genuine, authentic watches whether from a servicing or sales perspective. We photograph our watches in high detail, including the movement, to prove this and allow our customers to make an informed decision. If you have any questions please contact us.

What if something goes wrong with the watch?

A watch is a mechanical object and as such, from time to time things can go wrong. We service all our watches and provide a 12 month warranty as standard. Should an issue arise, please contact us for support.

Do your watches come with original box and papers?

Yes and no. We clearly state when a watch for sale comes with the original box and/or paperwork from the manufacturer. We make sure to clearly photograph the condition of these items too.
We provide our own paperwork and presentation box, along with an invoice, to act as documentation and a proof of sale, but this does not replace the original papers sold with the watch.

How do I know if it will fit?

We always provide a maximum and minimum wrist size for each watch we sell. Upon purchase, you can provide us with your wrist size and we will adjust the watch bracelet prior to shipping.
Should further adjustment be required, we operate on an ‘at cost’ basis, where we only charge for the return shipping of the watch.

Can you change the strap?

If you have a specific strap you wish to pair with any of our watches, please contact us to make the necessary arrangements prior to shipping.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept payment from most major credit and debit cards. We also accept bank transfer.

Do you have shipping insurance?

We currently only offer shipping to the UK. We use Royal Mail Special Delivery which provides up to £2500 of insurance and anything above this amount is covered by our own insurance policy.

How do I return a watch?

We offer a 14 day return policy. We ask that you contact us first and return via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Once received, we will process your refund within the next 24 hours.
Please read our returns and refund page too.
